In-house and custom solutions

If desired, the RCI® programme can be presented in-house. This will allow you the opportunity to have a (large) group of employees attend training at the same time at a location of your choosing. You can opt for one of our standard programmes, or for a custom solution. In the latter case, training is prepared in close contact with the client. The training sessions are centred around the participants, and we focus on the needs of the group or of the employer.

We have a critical look at personal learning objectives and individual qualities, and we endeavour to adjust the training course to fit in with your programme for improvement. This could include Six Sigma, operational excellence or another program that focuses on continuous improvement. We collaborate with major companies where RCI® is used as a standard method for identifying system errors, for investigating one-off incidents and to find solutions.
