HistoryEndeavour Training was founded in 1991 by Dr.Terry Finlow-Bates and his wife Christine Finlow-Bates. They developed the critical thinking concepts used in the Root Cause Investigator™ method. The premise was that employees must be able to resolve practical problems on their own.International servicesThe activities were further developed by Endeavour Training, concentrating on researching the root causes of problems and incidents. We specialize in Root Cause Analysis and Unknown Cause Analysis using the method Root Cause Investigator™, which allows you to improve your business processes in a structured manner. With the proven effectiveness of this method and the experience and passion of the trainers, we have grown into a company that is active on the international stage. |
Interaction with real-life situationsThe Root Cause Investigator™ method is based on years of experience in the industry. Following numerous production problems and HSE incidents, the approach was extensively tested in practice and fine-tuned. From an educative bases, a contribution is provided to the effectiveness of these programmes.RCI® trainersHigh demands are set to RCI® trainers, and all of the trainers hold extensive training certificates.
